Sell your designer Bag

Do you have a designer piece in your collection that you no longer wear? At Preloved Pieces , we're always looking for designer items. Whether it's a timeless Chanel or a limited edition Louis Vuitton, we'll make sure your bag gets the spotlight it deserves.

We work on a consignment basis . This means we sell your bag, and you receive payment once the item is sold, after the return period. Easy.

How it works

1. The Request: You send us a request via WhatsApp:

Add to this:

• multiple clear photos from all sides
  (front, back, sides, bottom, top and inside)

• close-ups of logo, corners and any signs of use

• a brief description of the condition

• what comes with the item, such as dust bag, box or proof of purchase

More details = faster match.

2. Pre-selection:

Based on your request, we will check whether the bag is a match with the current Preloved Pieces collection.

3. Inspection & Authentication:

A final assessment always takes place after physical inspection and authentication . We do this with the utmost care and without the seller present, allowing us to take the time to consider every detail.

When we're ready, we ask that you send the bag insured or drop it off at our showroom by appointment. For larger collections, collection within the Netherlands is possible upon request.

4. The Proposal

If your bag fits within PreLoved Pieces, we will make one fair offer , based on market value and condition.

• 75% of the sales price is yours

• 25% is for PreLoved Pieces
  

We work transparently and without negotiation. You decide if it feels right.

Good to know:

• We select strictly based on iconic models, strong condition and timeless design
  

• Not every bag is suitable and that keeps our collection sharp and unique
  

• An application is not a guarantee of placement or sale
  

• Authentication and assessment take a few business days
  

• If the item does not meet our standards, we will return the bag to you insured.

• We work with a consignment agreement that must be signed by both parties before the item goes on sale.
