At PreLoved Pieces, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. Because we work with unique PreLoved items, we ask that you carefully read our returns policy.
Designer Items with a story
Our bags and accessories have a story. They've lived and that's precisely what makes them so special. We show as many clear images as possible of each item and describe the condition honestly and transparently, so you know exactly what you're buying. You buy the item in its current condition.

Invisible security
To guarantee the authenticity of our collection, we use fingerprinting. Before an item leaves our boutique, a microscopic digital fingerprint is captured. This fingerprint is invisible, but allows us to be 100% certain that a return is the exact same item we sent. This protects both our customers and PreLoved Pieces and guarantees the authenticity of each item.
Returns Policy (online purchases)
If your online purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt , provided all the conditions below and the return procedure are met:

The item comes with the PreLoved Pieces security tag , which must be fully intact. If the tag is removed, broken, or damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

The item is in the exact same condition as when received.

The item has not been worn or used .

The item is free from odors such as perfume, smoke or pets.

The item must be returned in its original packaging , including all associated accessories such as dust bag, documents, certificates and tickets.
Return procedure
Please note: the costs and risk of return shipping are borne by the buyer.

Please report your return within 14 days of receipt via returns@prelovedpieces.nl . Please include your name, email address, and order number.

You will receive the return address by email.

Please return the package in the original packaging within 14 days of your return request.

PreLoved Pieces is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. If a package arrives damaged or missing, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Therefore, we recommend sending your package insured and with a signature upon receipt .

Once all return conditions have been met and the return procedure has been followed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 6 working days via the same payment method.
If your return does not meet the above return conditions and/or the return procedure, we cannot accept and refund your return.
Exceptions

Personalized items cannot be returned.

Items purchased through our Personal Shopping Service cannot be returned.

Purchases made in the PreLoved Pieces showroom cannot be returned and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. In the showroom, you had ample opportunity to view, feel, and carefully evaluate the item in person.
Discounts and gifts

If a discount applied at the time of purchase, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

If a free item was included with your order, it must be returned complete and undamaged. If the free item is missing, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-check
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. We take photos and/or videos to document the condition of the item before shipping.
Check after return
Once we receive your package, we'll perform a physical inspection and authentication check. If everything checks out, we'll refund the purchase price via your original payment method within six business days.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. You can check the shipping costs with your chosen carrier, such as PostNL or DHL.
