Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to follow it all the way to your door. If it's an urgent order, please send us a WhatsApp message so we can discuss the options.
Discreet & Safe
Because we work with valuable designer pieces, we ship our packages in discreet outer packaging. This way, it won't be visible from the outside that it's a luxury item. Of course, the shipment is fully insured: should anything happen in transit, your investment is protected.
Pick up in the showroom
Would you prefer a personal pickup? You can also pick up your order free of charge at our showroom in Breda. This is by appointment only. Contact us to schedule a convenient time.

Our digital products, such as the Preloved Pieces E-Gift Card, are available immediately after purchase. You'll receive an email with the gift card or download link in your inbox within a few minutes.
